DashNSplash 14u

Tooele is the location for this weekend.  DNS is always a fun tournament to do.. Girls get a free pass to splash but we always seem to be playing late into the night that we don't get to splash.  Oh well..
We stayed undefeated all tournament til the ship game vs a very good Inferno team.  They def came to play after our girls put them in the losers bracket with at 13-1 score.  yikes!  so i was no surprise they wanted revenge.  the ship game gave us our first loss with a score of 14-4 and on to the IF game we go.  it was a good battle between both teams.  at the 3rd inning we are tied 7-7.  they are the home team!!  last inning and we go up 3 runs..yes!!  We need to hold them.. And that we do we a double play to end the game.  Exciting Exciting Exciting.. We are the CHAMPS.. watching these girls gets us more and more excited for the game.. Right on Hot Shotz!!!!

Golden Spike 12u

We didn't fair to well in the 14u Copper Classic but its always a great experience to play up and learn from the older girls..
This weekend we traveled to Clinton to play in the Golden Spike.  We need this win to qualify for national play in Bloomington Indiana.. Girls played very well and was undefeated all tournament long.  Ship game vs Idaho Racers.. We are CHAMPS and on the road to Nationals.. YES!!!!

14u Wasatch Invitational in Heber

We traveled to Heber City for this weekends tournament.  and back to playing 14u ball.  2 bracket (upper/lower) tournament.  Girls played well to make it to the Upper bracket.  What a great accomplishment.  Its amazing to see how well the girls hitting that dang ball.. Battled and got our first loss to Fast & Furious.. who we met up with in the ship game.  Their bats are bigger LOL.  But proud of our girls 2nd place finish nonetheless.  Great job Hot Shotz!!!
