Our Flames 8u team eventually graduated from the 8u division and now are playing as first year 10u.. Foi decided to change the team name this year since that the owner/coach of the older Flames team is not with our lil team... We love our Flames family.. But needed a new identity for the team.. haha I guess!! After maybe options and suggestions, our girls decided on the team name "Utah Boom"..
We played in SoJo League this year for spring. It has been adjustment learning to pitch themselves and read the pitch and bat. They have learned so much and have improved as well.. We have 3 strong pitchers on the team and are sooo proud of them .. We ended the league in 5th place out of 10 teams. Good job girls.
Excited for our first summer tournament coming up next month.. Best of the West watch out now..
